Manager - Cage Operations

Join Bally's Corporation, a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. As the Cage Manager, you will oversee all Cage and Count activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide superior guest service. You will also manage the departmental budget, monitor staffing levels, and develop and evaluate department staff. A minimum of five years of experience in casino cage operations or the banking field is preferred.

• Supervising and managing all Cage and Count activities and employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive gaming experiences for guests.
• Providing hands-on leadership to Cage and Count departments, delegating authority and assigning responsibilities to department staff.
• Developing and managing the departmental budget, monitoring staffing levels, and ensuring all Cage and Count department employees are providing optimum service to all guests.
