Manager - Food and Beverage

Join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager, where you will oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, plan events, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a target salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus additional benefits.

• Plan, develop, and direct the entire staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and manage the food and beverage department's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
