Manager of Payments and Treasury

Join our team as the Manager of Payments and Treasury. In this role, you will supervise the treasury team, manage cash forecasting, assist with debt schedules, and oversee global payments. You will also develop and implement cash management policies, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide analysis of cash flow trends. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in treasury operations. Compensation includes an annual salary of $100,000 - $115,000 and bonus eligibility.

• Supervise the treasury team and oversee daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and ensuring adequate liquidity.
• Manage short-term cash forecasting to ensure timely payments and cover operating expenses, and assist in executing standby letters of credit, performance bonds or similar instruments.
• Supervise and manage the payments team, which will oversee global payments including ACH, wire transfers, credit card payments, checks, and international transactions.
