Manager of Slot Operations

Join Bally's, a leading entertainment company, as the Manager of Slot Operations. In this role, you will create a fun-filled atmosphere, promote superior guest service, manage all aspects of slot operations, and develop and train team members. You will also collaborate with the Director on large-scale slot projects and stay current with industry trends. The target salary is $80,000, with additional benefits including a $7 daily employee parking garage.

• Manage all aspects of slot operations, including new game rollout, maintenance, performance, and overall appearance.
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
