Manager - Slot Technicians

Join our team as a Manager of Slot Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical staff, managing machine moves and conversions, maintaining an effective parts inventory program, and enforcing company and Louisiana State Police policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints and resolving problems. The work environment is fast-paced and can be loud, with exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical lines. • Maintains a good working relationship with Louisiana State Police and enforces company policies.
• Plans and implements machine moves and conversions, and maintains an effective parts inventory program.
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise Slot Technicians, and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
