Manager - Surveillance

Join our team as a Manager of Surveillance, where you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Surveillance department, ensuring compliance with Casino Internal Controls and Illinois Gaming Board regulations. You will act as a direct liaison between Surveillance Room activities and Surveillance leaders, provide training to the Surveillance department, and assist with performance management. The target salary for this position is $95,000, with additional benefits including a $7 daily employee parking garage.

• Act as the direct liaison between Surveillance Room activities and Surveillance leaders, ensuring efficient operation of the department.
• Establish operational procedures for the Surveillance department to ensure adherence to Casino Internal Controls and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Provide training and development to Surveillance department team members, ensuring the highest levels of skill and knowledge.
