Marketing Supervisor

Join our team as a Marketing Supervisor, where you will be responsible for building positive relations with guests and team members, overseeing departmental meetings, managing effective schedules, and demonstrating superior customer service. You will also assist in the development of operational goals, supervise staff in the marketing department, and oversee all marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of casino amenities and events, handle routine guest complaints, and report any safety hazards. The target compensation range for this position is $24.33 per hour.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members, ensuring superior customer service.
• Supervise and oversee the staff in the Marketing Department, including advertising, promotions, and players club.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, special events, and digital marketing.
