Player Development - Executive Casino Host

Join our team as an Executive Casino Host, where you will be responsible for driving trips with premium patrons, resolving requests and disputes, maintaining detailed records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will develop relationships with VIP guests, coordinate special services, and promote the players' club program. This position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights. Starting compensation is $43,888, with additional benefits including free rides for new hires with DART.

• Initiate phone contact with premium patrons to drive trips and resolve high-end patrons' requests/disputes.
• Develop relationships with VIP casino guests to ensure incremental visits and coordinate complimentary, special services.
• Oversee, solicit, and identify new gaming guests for the players' club program, and promote the use of club cards.
