About The Role

Join Bally's Corporation, a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. As a Players Club Representative, you will assist and inform guests about marketing promotions, casino events, lodging, and transportation. You will provide outstanding guest service and build guest relations throughout your shift. This role requires excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
