Players Club Representative

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Players Club Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Players Club database, updating accounts, answering guest inquiries, and promoting the benefits of the Players Club. You will also assist with events, promotions, and maintain contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of the facility and its offerings.

• Accumulate and manage the Players Club database, including creating and updating accounts.
• Communicate the benefits and privileges of the Players Club to guests, and actively seek out new members.
• Assist with promotions, events, and other related duties to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
