Players Club Shift Supervisor

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Players Club Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee shift operations of the Players Club booths, investigate and resolve guest issues, collaborate with the Gaming department, assist with bus tours, monitor the Call Center, and participate in marketing meetings. The position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervising shift operations of the Players Club booths, including staffing, stocking, and providing updated information to the staff.
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and correcting guest issues related to Players Club accounts, working closely with the Gaming department.
• Assisting with preparing and executing all Bus Tours, monitoring the Call Center, and sending required emails.
