About The Role

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Poker Dealer. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer loyalty, exchanging chips for cash, calculating odds for payment, and conducting games in a professional manner. You will also ensure compliance with gaming regulations, protect gaming equipment and company assets, and promote positive public relations. The position is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional outdoor work. The target salary is $7.50 per hour.

Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction.
