Pool Attendant

Join our team as a Pool Attendant, where you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring cleanliness and safety at the pool area, and enforcing pool policies. You will interact with guests, issue pool towels, and assist with various maintenance duties. This position requires a high energy level, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service, answering phone calls, and disseminating information.
• Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area, including stocking towels, setting up and breaking down cabanas, and monitoring deck cleanliness.
• Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations consistently, and resolves guest issues as they arise.
