About The Role

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Regional Analyst - Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the BSA/AML Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring the performance of the program. You will also assist the Compliance Manager with meetings and work with company partners and third-party vendors. A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance is required, along with a bachelor's degree and proficiency in drafting procedures.

Perform procedures for the general operation of the BSA/AML Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Monitor the performance of the BSA/AML Program and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate BSA/AML Compliance informed of the operation and progress of BSA/AML compliance.
