Representative - Players Club

Join our team as a Players Club Representative! In this role, you will build guest relations, assist with reservations, answer incoming calls, communicate details of promotions, and maintain knowledge of casino amenities. You will also book event, hotel, and restaurant reservations, make announcements promoting upcoming events, and handle routine guest complaints. A flexible schedule is required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
