Representative - Players Club On Call

Join our team as a Players Club Representative! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote the Bally Rewards program, and assist with special promotional events. You will work in a fast-paced, diverse environment and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' experiences. The target salary for this position is $15.92 per hour.

• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude.
• Builds relationships with customers to drive Bally Rewards sign-ups and meets monthly goals.
• Accurately enters new customer accounts, makes updates to accounts, and provides accurate information about the Rewards program.
