Senior Legal Counsel- Employment

Join Bally's legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in employment law. In this role, you will provide guidance on employment laws and regulations, draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, oversee employment counseling and litigation, conduct internal investigations, and collaborate with various teams to mitigate employment-related risk. You will also assist in managing legal expenditures and report on employment litigation results. The target salary range for this position is $170,000 annually, with a bonus eligibility of up to 10% of base compensation.

• Function as an in-house subject matter expert on employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice on employee relations issues.
• Draft and revise employment-related agreements, templates, policies, and procedures, and oversee all aspects of employment counseling and litigation.
• Build partnerships with Human Resources to provide oversight, consistency, and legal guidance, and analyze data and trends to develop strategies for risk evaluation and avoidance.
