Shift Manager - Casino

Join our team as a Shift Manager at our casino. In this role, you will oversee daily operations during your assigned shift, supervise and support team members, monitor compliance with company policies and regulations, respond to guest concerns, and coordinate with various departments. You will also review shift activity, support investigations, maintain a visible presence on the casino floor, assist with scheduling and employee relations, and prepare reports for senior leadership. A minimum of three years of experience in casino, gaming, hospitality, or related operations is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
