Shift Manager - EVS (2:00A-10:30A)

Join Dover Downs as a Shift Manager in the Environmental Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional work environment, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining close working relationships with all departments. You will also mentor staff, monitor labor resources, and conduct inspections. The position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights. The target starting salary is $43,500.00.
