Shift Manager - Players Club

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Shift Manager for the Players Club. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, maintaining an accurate database of Players Club accounts, and resolving guest issues related to their accounts. You will also oversee Box Office operations, attend staff meetings, and handle guest situations. The position is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with exposure to noise, smoke, and odors. The target salary range is $50,000.

• Hiring, training, and developing staff of Players Club representatives, Supervisors, and Shift Manager.
• Maintaining an accurate database of Players Club accounts and researching and resolving guest issues related to their accounts.
• Creating and maintaining departmental Policies & Procedures, and overseeing all Box Office operations including staffing and troubleshooting issues related to ticket sales.
