Shift Manager - Restaurant

Join our team as a Shift Manager in the restaurant industry. In this role, you will manage all Food and Beverage shift Team Members, monitor inventory levels, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Team Members, as well as maintaining a professional restaurant/bar image. This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,750 - $49,250 and a variety of benefits, including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.

• Manage all Food and Beverage shift Team Members, including hiring, training, and supervising.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control operational outlet functions during the shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, scheduling of Team Members, and adherence to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs.
