Shift Manager - Slots

Join our team as a Shift Manager in the Slots department. In this role, you will provide operational support to the Slot Manager, oversee daily operations, delegate authority, and enforce company policies. You will also coordinate with Security and Surveillance to prevent cheating and improve productivity. A strong knowledge of casino rules and regulations is required. The target salary range for this position is $56,000 - $70,000.

• Provide operational support to the Slot Manager, delegate authority and assign responsibilities to department staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Slots department, including creating work schedules, interviewing, hiring, and monitoring staffing levels.
• Coordinate with Security and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage gaming equipment.
