Shift Supervisor - Security

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor in Security. In this role, you will develop and maintain a service culture that ensures superior internal and external guest service. You will supervise and manage the daily activities of security staff, maintain performance and operational records, oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets, and ensure the physical safety of guests, employees, and property. You will also conduct investigations of incidents, train and develop security staff, and ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful, with bright lights and loud noise. The target salary for this position is $23.00 per hour.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of security staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets, and conduct investigations of incidents as needed.
• Train, develop, and schedule security staff, disseminating pertinent information to ensure effective communication.
