Slots Shift Manager - FULL TIME

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Slots Shift Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee all aspects of Slot Operations, interact with other department heads, respond to requests from the executive management team, and analyze equipment performance. You will also be responsible for hiring, discipline, budgeting, scheduling, and troubleshooting. A Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License is required. The target salary range is $57,750.

• Oversee all aspects of Slot Operations, including making decisions concerning drop/win, percent hold, etc.
• Interact with other department heads in all phases of planning events and respond to requests from the Executive management team.
• Control and review the budget for the department, conduct scheduling, and handle conflicts with employees.
