Specialist - Customer Service (Part Time)

Join our team as a part-time Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will provide efficient and friendly customer service to all guests, process new Players Club members, handle transactions, and maintain accurate member account information. You will also educate customers on promotions, issue comps, and act as a point of contact for patrons. The position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights. Starting compensation is $16.50/hr.

• Provide efficient, friendly, courteous, and timely customer service to all guests.
• Process new Players Club Members, obtaining complete contact information and issuing duplicate Players Club cards.
• Utilize the Casino Marketing System (CMS) to deliver personalized service to Players Club members and handle all aspects of Casino amenities.
