Steward - Sportsbook

Join our team as a Steward in the Sportsbook department. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and silverware, keeping the dish machine clean, sweeping and mopping the kitchen area, stocking food areas, and hauling trash. You will also inspect kitchens and equipment for cleanliness and order, report shortages, and comply with safety policies. This position requires standing and walking for long periods and availability for various hours, holidays, and weekends. • Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware, and keeps the dish machine clean.
• Sweeps and mops all floors in the kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water, and bags and hauls trash to the dumpster.
• Stocks all food areas with necessary inventory and reports shortages or requisitions replacement of equipment.
