Supervisor - Beverage Casino

Join our team as a Beverage Supervisor at our casino. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily pre-shift meetings, maintaining staffing levels, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be responsible for training new hires, conducting evaluations, and motivating staff. A high school diploma and 2 years of supervisory experience are preferred. The starting compensation is $20.00/hr.

• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with cocktail servers and bartenders, setting daily expectations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for the casino floor and bars, and ensure proper training for all new hires.
• Assist the Beverage Manager with monitoring the established budget for payroll, sales, liquor, and supplies.
