• Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations.
• Enforce all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies, and monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets.
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability, and conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates.
