Supervisor - EVS

Join Bally's Dover as a Supervisor in Environmental Services. In this role, you will create and maintain an exceptional work environment, ensure effective communication within the department and company, and supervise Environmental Services employees. You will also be responsible for resolving guest and employee issues, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The position requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled. Starting compensation is $20.00/hr.

• Producing and maintaining an exceptional work environment, ensuring that employees are informed of pertinent information.
• Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments, making suggestions for improvements in overall operations.
• Supervising Environmental Services employees, conducting formal and informal training, coaching, and counseling.
