Supervisor - Housekeeping

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Casino Queen Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for building positive relations with guests and team members, conducting departmental meetings, ensuring high-quality service, establishing standards and procedures for housekeeping staff, planning work schedules, inspecting the physical condition of the establishment, and more. You will also be responsible for training and directing new department employees, responding to guest requests and complaints, and conducting inventory analysis. A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume hotel environment is required.

• Establish standards and procedures for work of the Housekeeping staff and ensure successful implementation.
• Supervision of housekeeping team, including disciplinary actions, training, and schedules.
• Respond to all guest requests, complaints and/or incidents presented in regard to Housekeeping in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
