Supervisor - Housekeeping

• Supervise and ensure the efficiency of Guest Room Attendants and House Attendants, issue work assignments, and monitor their work progress.
• Ensure that assigned floors, closets, and carts are cleaned before the end of the shift, and inspect every departure and ready suite prior to the arrival of the guest.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
