Supervisor - Restaurant

Join our team as a Supervisor in our restaurant. You will assist managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, manage schedules, train bartenders, handle guest complaints, and maintain high levels of customer service. You must have a customer service background, bartending experience, and knowledge of R.I liquor laws. Additionally, you must have ServSafe certification and a DBR license. The position requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and long shifts in a fast-paced gaming environment.

• Assisting managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all bars, managing the schedule, and training bartenders.
• Investigating and managing guest complaints or employee issues, and working with bartenders to maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Monitoring beverage staff on proper service, enforcing company policies and procedures, and assisting with maintaining payroll solution E-time.
