Supervisor - Stewarding

Join Bally's Corporation, a global casino-entertainment company, as a Supervisor in the Stewarding department. In this role, you will oversee daily tasks, coordinate with chefs, manage work assignments, control payroll, and ensure employee safety. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily service operations and perform other duties as directed. A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required, along with two years of supervisory experience in a large, high-volume restaurant.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of all stewarding employees, ensuring organization, sanitation, inventory, and control of all china, glassware, and silverware items.
• Collaborate with chefs and the Banquet Manager to coordinate kitchen cleaning, cleaning projects, and equipment needs for catering functions.
• Control payroll through proper employee scheduling, conduct interviews, select, hire, and retain superior employees, and complete timely evaluations for subordinates.
