Surveillance Officer

Join our team as a Surveillance Officer, where you will be responsible for monitoring the facility through surveillance cameras, detecting illegal activities, and preparing daily logs of all pertinent activity. You will also coordinate responses to fire alarms and hold-up alarms, provide exceptional customer service, and follow all relevant policies and procedures. This position requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Starting compensation is $18.50/hr, with additional benefits including 30 consecutive days of free rides for new hires with DART.

• Observing the facility through surveillance cameras, recording pertinent activity, and coordinating with supervisors for review.
• Detecting cheating, theft, and other illegal activities, and preparing daily logs of all pertinent activity.
• Monitoring fire alarm panels, coordinating responses to fire alarms, and making timely notifications to appropriate management.
