Table Games - Dealer

Join our team as a Table Games Dealer! In this role, you will build guest relations, deal Blackjack and novelty games, monitor table finances, and ensure a clean and orderly work area. You will also answer questions about game rules and casino policies, handle routine guest complaints, and adhere to regulatory and company policies. A flexible schedule is required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dealing Blackjack and all novelty games, while monitoring the table's finances.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner, and handle routine guest complaints.
