Table Games - Dealer Casual (Weekends)

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Table Games Dealer. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer loyalty through exceptional interaction, conducting games professionally, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. You will also protect gaming equipment and company assets, promote positive public relations, and maintain a positive and professional appearance. This is a casual position with a target hourly range of $7.50 plus tips and shift premium.

• Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction.
• Exchange chips for cash, calculate odds for payments, and properly operate and conduct games in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, protect gaming equipment and company assets, and promote positive public relations.
