Table Games - Dealer (Experienced - Full Time)

Join our team as a full-time Table Games Dealer. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing the game, monitoring the table's finances, and ensuring game protection procedures are followed. You will also need to accurately pay winning bets and attend additional dealer training as requested by management. The position requires good eye-hand coordination, knowledge of specified games and regulations, and sufficient math skills. The work environment is fast-paced and can be loud, with exposure to variable temperatures and smoke.

• Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times, ensuring game protection procedures are followed.
• Accurately and promptly pay winning guest bets, and monitor guest play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
• Attend additional dealer training upon management request and maintain knowledge of specified games and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
