Table Games - Dealer School

Join our team as a Table Games Dealer! In this role, you will develop and maintain a service culture that ensures superior guest service, deal games according to casino policies and procedures, and handle all payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits. You will also be responsible for the integrity of your assigned table and ensuring adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful, but offers the opportunity for tips and a starting wage of $16 during dealer school and $9 plus tips after school.
