Technician - Maintenance II

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II, where you will be responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities and property. You will identify deficiencies related to maintenance, perform mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. You will also diagnose deficiencies with HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators, and assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and exposure to variable temperatures and noise levels. The target salary range is $23 - $25 an hour.

• General maintenance of all facilities and property, including identifying deficiencies and performing necessary repairs.
• Identifying the need for and performing mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
• Assisting with developing preventive maintenance schedules and following all such schedules.
