About The Role

Join our team as a Technician - Slots, where you will be responsible for the maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment, ensuring maximum performance and minimizing downtime. You will perform conversions, moves, and changes to machines on the casino floor, troubleshoot and repair non-gaming electronic equipment, and provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants. You will also handle guest disputes and protect company funds and assets. Responsible for maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimize down time.
Perform conversions, moves and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed. Troubleshoot and repair all non-gaming electronic equipment relative to the slot department.
Provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by performing machine and bill validator repairs beyond their ability when needed. Maintain good working relationship with State Police.
