Vice President - Resort Operations

Join Bally's Chicago, a $1.7 billion integrated resort, as the Vice President of Resort Operations. In this role, you will design and implement all standard operating procedures, oversee hotel operations, housekeeping, facilities, spa and retail, valet and parking, financial performance, and partner coordination. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a groundbreaking resort before it opens its doors.

• Design and implement all standard operating procedures, service standards, and systems integrations for the resort.
• Oversee hotel operations, including front office, bell, concierge, and all guest-facing touchpoints, to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Establish cleanliness standards, turn protocols, and labor models for housekeeping, and oversee campus operations to protect the integrity of the resort.
