About The Role

Join our team as a WFM Systems Analyst. In this role, you will facilitate design sessions, analyze the impact of configuration, and continuously develop your knowledge of assigned applications. You will also coordinate and execute testing, provide support for integrations and reports, and collaborate with subject matter experts. The target salary for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Facilitates design sessions, supports the review and development of design specs and configuration iterations.
Analyzes impact of configuration, Fast Formulas, and extensions to service delivery, downstream systems and integrations.
Coordinates and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing. Provides support with required screen shots and system steps for testing.
