CRM Lead

Join our team as a CRM Lead, where you will own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy and lead a team of Senior CRM Managers and a CRM Intern. You will be responsible for creating lifecycle experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term customer value. You should have a strong background in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.

• Defining and executing the lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding, consumption activation, reorder cadence, churn prevention, and loyalty.
• Leading a team of Senior CRM Managers and a CRM Intern, setting the bar for performance, running the rhythm, and developing their careers.
• Managing the CRM system, including segmentation, flow architecture, A/B testing, and multi-channel execution across various channels.
• You give your team credit publicly and absorb blame privately
• Deep Klaviyo fluency (or comparable enterprise ESP). Subscription stack experience is a plus
• You've shipped AI in production CRM. Predictive models, generative content, automated translation pipelines
• You've operated through a real scale-up phase at a digital (app) or physical consumer business. You know what breaks at €30M and again at €70M+, because you've been there
• Berlin-based
• 7–10 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, with 3+ years leading a team. Lifecycle has been your specialty
• You have a strong sense for storytelling and brand-driven marketing, and know how to turn lifecycle moments into cohesive, emotionally resonant customer journeys
• You read cohort curves, LTV charts, and churn-reason tables without help, and turn what you see into a sequenced roadmap
• Fluent English. German a meaningful plus
• You think in systems, not campaigns and build operating rhythms
