Senior Poduct Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will be the sole design authority in our digital product squad. You will partner with Engineering and Product to define what we build and how it behaves. Your responsibilities will include mapping customer journeys, executing high-fidelity UI, providing dev-ready specs, and planning lightweight research. You should have 6+ years of experience shipping digital products, a startup background, and deep experience designing for mobile web and native apps.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience shipping digital products. You are senior enough to self-direct and work efficiently with senior engineers
• Startup DNA: You have worked at a startup (20–200 people) where you were one of the few designers. You are comfortable with ambiguity
• The "Full Stack" Designer: You are as comfortable mapping a complex subscription flow on a whiteboard as you are polishing UI components in Figma
• Mobile-First: Deep experience designing for mobile web and native apps
• Logged-in Experience: You have designed complex applications (dashboards, SaaS, accounts), not just marketing websites
• Experience with loyalty programs or habit-building behavioral design
• Experience in Subscription, E-commerce, Food/Wellness, or Lifestyle sectors
