Global Head of Total Rewards

Join Trustly, a fast-growing fintech company, as the Global Head of Total Rewards. In this role, you will shape and evolve the company's compensation philosophy, oversee global pay review cycles, govern equity programs, and build strong reward analytics. You will work closely with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's performance, retention, and long-term growth.

• Shaping and evolving the company’s compensation philosophy, overseeing global pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and building strong reward analytics.
• Ensuring compensation remains a credible strategic lever for performance, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Partnering directly with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy, and working across complex international environments.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational depth in fast-growing environments
• Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentive design
• Experience leading Total Rewards functions in international organisations
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reward governance, particularly across Europe
• Experience within fintech or similarly fast-paced global technology companies is strongly preferred, particularly within organisations operating at a comparable stage of growth
• Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting
