Vice President of Design

Join Trustly as the Vice President of Design, where you will own the design vision and quality for our global product surfaces. You will build and lead a team of product designers, protect the integrity of the consumer experience, and shape what Trustly builds and how it feels. This role requires a design leader with a deep passion for craft, organizational savvy, and the ability to operate at the intersection of design, product, and engineering.

• Construir, liderar y mentorear a un equipo de diseñadores de productos en múltiples superficies de productos; establecer la cultura de diseño, los procesos y las formas de trabajar que escalen con la organización.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el liderazgo de Producto e Ingeniería para integrar el diseño profundamente en cada etapa del ciclo de desarrollo del producto, desde la estrategia hasta el lanzamiento.
• Proven ability to build and grow design teams and culture in a fast-paced environment — you know how to hire great designers and create the conditions for them to do their best work
• Payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS design experience a strong plus — comfort designing for complex, regulated, or high-stakes user contexts
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership across consumer and/or B2B products — from vision and strategy through to polished, shipped execution
• Deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and visual design; high standards for craft and an eye for what separates good from great
• 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 4 years leading design teams at a fast-growing technology company
• Effective cross-functional partner and communicator — you influence without authority and can bring engineering and product along on design decisions
