You will play a key role in driving commercial value and championing procurement best practices across the organization.

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity for complex, high-value contracts across technology, data, operational services, and people team categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that create genuine market competition and deliver measurable cost savings and value.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs, and exit provisions that protect the business and reflect market rates.
