Business Recruiter

Join our growing Business Recruiting team in San Francisco, where you'll own searches for early career roles across various departments. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, think creatively about talent sourcing, and use modern tools and AI to enhance our recruiting process. Traditional recruiting experience isn't required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. • Développement de stratégies de sourcing créatives et expérimentations avec des outils modernes pour améliorer le processus de recrutement.
• Collaboration étroite avec les responsables du recrutement pour définir les besoins en matière d'embauche et mener des processus d'entretien structurés.

• Proven track record of execution: Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, growth, operations, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
• Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you’re building
• AI Native: You're genuinely interested in AI technologies and eager to learn how to build with them. You see AI as a tool to automate workflows, reduce toil, and accelerate execution. Beyond personal use, you're excited to champion AI adoption across the Recruiting organization, helping teammates discover new ways to work smarter and more efficiently
