International Payroll Analyst

Join our team as an International Payroll Analyst, where you will be responsible for managing accurate and timely payrolls for the EMEA region and providing operational coverage for APAC. You will work closely with Accounting, People Ops, and Benefits, and collaborate with local vendors across multiple countries. This role requires hands-on processing work, continuous improvement, and a focus on precision and employee trust. You will also serve as the first point of contact for all EMEA and APAC payroll inquiries and assist with various payroll-related tasks.

• Préparer et réconcilier les paies mensuelles EMEA et APAC en utilisant le système HCM et les fournisseurs de paie locaux.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC payroll compliance and understanding of local payroll tax and labor laws
• 4+ years of EMEA and/or APAC payroll processing experience for small to midsize organizations
• Proven experience managing vendors and ability to quickly adapt to new local payroll systems
• Highly Proficient in Excel (xlookups, vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas)
• Experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with payroll system or vendor implementation
• Experience with NetSuite as well as creating and reconciling payroll journal entries
