About The Role

Rejoignez Deloitte University EMEA, un centre de formation et de développement professionnel. En tant que Building Technical Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion technique de l'établissement, de la conformité réglementaire à la gestion des fournisseurs de services. Vous contribuerez à l'excellence technique, à la sécurité et à la valeur à long terme de cette installation phare dans un environnement international.

  • Gérer la planification et la traçabilité des interventions de maintenance préventive, corrective et réglementaire.
  • Assurer la conformité aux réglementations applicables, y compris le Code de la construction et de l'habitation, le Code du travail et les réglementations ERP.
  • Superviser les prestataires de services multi-techniques et garantir la qualité et la conformité contractuelle des interventions.

  • **Skills**
  • Minimum 8 years of professional work experience in technical operations, including experience in managing service providers.
  • Experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Solid knowledge of multi-technical operations and maintenance (HVAC, high/low voltage, plumbing, elevators, Fire Safety Systems).
  • Mastery of (fire) safety regulations and Public Access Building (ERP) operations.
  • Proven experience in contract management and the ability to manage an FM / multi-technical contract (KPI, RACI, SLA).
  • Experience in budget planning and monitoring (CAPEX/OPEX).
  • Good understanding of maintenance management software (GMAO).

**Education & Languages**

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Languages: French – Fluent; English – Intermediate; any other language as an advantage.

  • **Location:** DU EMEA Facility – Paris (Bailly-Romainvilliers**).** One day of remote work per week is possible.
  • **Contract type:** Full-time, permanent.
